GAZ brand wins the first place by results of survey of Dealer Satisfaction Index, DSI, which is annually held by Ernst&Young (EY) by order of Association of Russian Automotive Dealers (RAD). This is the fifth consecutive victory of GAZ brand in this prestigious survey. Gorky automobile plant of “GAZ Group” included has been the leader of the DSI from 2013.
The rating is compiled based on the results of the interviewing heads of sales and service enterprises, as well as professionals in the field of automotive marketing, that evaluate automotive brands in seven categories, defining key aspects of cooperation between dealers and OEMs: “Support of new car sales by OEM”; “After sales service”; “Support of sales of pre-owned cars”, “Advertising and promotion; “Financial relations; “Maintaining and development of the dealer network,” and “Communication and feedback support”. 488 dealer centers representing 34 car brands took part in the survey. GAZ brand proved to be the winner in six of the seven categories.
Previously, GAZ has already won in the rankings, occupying the first places by the results of surveys in 2013, 2014 (twice) and 2015.
